On Sunday ‘En Domingo'” is an evocative oil and textured canvas that reimagines the

vibrant spirit of Bay Area sports through the lens of Mexican cultural traditions.

 

 

 

Created by a Mexican university professor who recently immigrated to the United States, the abstract piece celebrates the

dynamic rhythm of Sundays, blending the artist’s heritage with the communal energy of local athletic life, bridging two worlds

in a shared celebration of community and movement.

 

 

Meet Yahaira Vannucchi, a talented abstract artist and Mexican resident in California. She started painting at the age of 7,

primarily using oil techniques. After a successful 16-year tenure teaching art at the University of Guadalajara, she has now

embarked on a new chapter in the USA.

 

 

Alongside her happily married life, she has established her virtual gallery, where she

showcases her collections and artistic process. Yahaira draws inspiration from the world around her, embracing both the

positive and negative experiences that shape her unique perspective. Through her art, she aims to inspire others to pursue

personal growth and improvement every day, channeling her energy and emotions into her creative expression.

 

 

It is exciting to be a sports fan because of the energy that radiates from all the connection of people as in baseball, football,

and athletics stadiums. It is fun to be a spectator and at the same time motivating as sport is a healthy and rewarding lifestyle.
